Questions about paying

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and the plan stays on your account for your project. Nothing renews and you won’t be charged again.

What counts as a reference?

A verified paper added to one of your reports. Your plan gives your account a total: 4 on Free, 40 on Starter, 100 on Pro. Citing a paper again, and the references from a Word file you import, are free. When they run out, top up or upgrade, or keep writing without new citations. You also choose about how many references each report should have, and InkScribe works to that.

What if my AI drafting runs out?

You can keep writing, editing, formatting and exporting. To keep drafting with InkScribe, add an AI writing boost (it also adds 10 references) or move to a bigger plan.

Can I run the plagiarism check on the Free plan?

Yes, with a scan pack: 2 checks for ₦5,000. Each check covers your whole report.

How do I pay, and where is my receipt?

Through Bachs’s secure checkout, with a card or a bank transfer. Bachs emails your receipt.

I paid on another computer. How do I get my plan?

Log in to the same account. If you paid before creating an account, open Settings, then Plan & credits, and restore the purchase with the reference on your receipt.
